Upgrades
Panicware products come with a one year
subscription, which includes free updates via the in-product update
system, and free priority technical support. After one year, you will
receive a notice that you are eligible to renew your product. Current
customers, if you do not wish to renew, your current version will not
expire! However, you will no longer be able to download new versions
to the product.
Major upgrades will include new features and technologies. Major
version upgrades may require additional installation or downloads,
which may not be available via the in-product update. You may be asked
to visit our Web site and download the new version. Please make sure
we have your current email address on file.
You may also be offered discounts on other products at the time of
your renewal.
